2025 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Our volunteer team is currently seeking adult volunteers for a variety of positions, including:

• General Volunteer: could involve anything from set up, take down, registration table, helping the presenters, preparing swag bags, etc. 

• Gather Guide: greeting and assisting an assigned individual (who is attending Gather Conference for the first time) during the conference.

• Youth Counselors: adults volunteering to support LGBTQ+ youth in Gather Conference’s Gather for Youth/GFY program. Please note that “counselor” is used here in the same sense as a camp-counselor, this does not involve professional mental-health training or licensing.
